• Scope changes or new requirements constitute new projects
• Fees for additional work will be communicated before proceeding

7.3 Approval and Acceptance

• Deliverables are deemed accepted if not rejected within 14 days
• Final approval must be provided in writing
• Once approved, additional changes may incur fees

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Client-Provided Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all content you provide
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• You grant us license to use your content for service delivery

8.2 Deliverables Ownership

• Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of deliverables
• You may use deliverables for any lawful purpose
• We retain no rights to deliverables after full payment

8.3 Our Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of:

• Our website design, code, and functionality
• Our brand elements, logos, and trademarks
• Our proprietary processes and methodologies
• Our pre-existing templates and resources

8.4 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to:

9. Confidentiality

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• One-time projects: Must be cancelled before work begins for full refund
• Ongoing services: 30 days' written notice required
• Cancellation fees may apply (see Refund Policy)

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make required payments
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Continuing services would violate laws or regulations

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• You must cease using any undelivered work
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to:
